love this place. if ya ever go ask for Chris, he's the best waiter ever. He always knows what we want. Love this waiter
Terrible...took 20 minutes for them to tell me they were out of deviled eggs. Then, finally, when our entrees came out, they dropped one. My entree was missing a side salad and my medium rare prime rib was tough. I will say my boys food was good. They did deduct the food they dropped from the check but that was it.
It took 30 mins to get our food...simple orders...very few people there. So slow.
Horrible service. Been here for an hour. Still no food. Food eventually came. All four steaks were not cooked anywhere near what was ordered. Per our server, the steaks are no longer cooked on a grill. This restaurant uses a new conveyer system. The broccoli was so mushy it was waterlogged. And the potato I received has been sitting for so longer all of the butter had melted away. The restaurant was mostly empty. Not sure what happened. Second bad experience within a two week timeframe.
