Ok bathrooms could use some help... honestly its time....
It was just that alright,the server we had had a attitude problem ,he had brought us some rolls and we said thank u, and he just slammed the basket down and kept it moving,I thought that was very rude,but we still left him a tip!!!!!!
Well me and my husband went there on free pie Wednesday. Had to wait 20 minutes for a table, got seated ordered our food. They brought us rolls 2 times brought my salad to me 45 minutes later the meal wasn't on the table. People came it after us got waited on and fed before we got our food. Love O'Charley's! Love the cedar plank salmon! Service was excellent by Alex. We eat there at least once per month. Great value and great food.
Our server was new, God bless him. We didn't get our soup and salad till after our meal was served, food was decent, and very loud atmosphere. Not impressed by all the upper management standing around talking near our table and never asking if our food was good...too busy talking I guess!
Every couple of months we think we'll give O'Charley's another try and every couple of months we're disappointed A G A I N! Tonight was no different. The potato soup you offer daily was cold and despite the waiter asking if we wanted it out first it came out AFTER our meal had arrived at the table. The only time we get a good meal and service is if we est in the bar other wise not
So took my ,34 yr old for her birthday in OCTOBER meal was horrible we left immediately got home thought about it so I called on hold for about 5 mins it wasn't at dinner service spoke to female manager she was going to send 30 coupons which I didn't ask for or wanted now DECEMBER no coupons So disappointed I wouldn't go there if you paid me
