I was unable to see the dentist for many years due to being on Medicare. This clinic accepted my advantage plan from Medicare. They were very understanding and didn't make me feel bad about my situation. Everyone was very compassionate and treated me with respect.
I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Hayter and Kelly. They made sure I was comfortable, and the work I had done looks amazing.

Fast checkin. Took care of insurance prior to arrival. Friendly from front desk, to dental assistant, to Doctor. Knew what they were doing, very professional. Highly recommend!
The entire crew is always super friendly and willing to assist in every aspect of my visit. Very professional and conscientious yet make you relax and feel like you are one of the family. Dr. Smith and Paige handled my appointment today and it couldn't have gone smoother! Paige was very thorough, gentle and informative with her procedures and suggestions. I've been going to Northside Dental for a few years now and can't say enough good things about Dr. Hayter and all the staff there. Going to the dentist is not what I would call a great time; however Paige and Sam made sure I felt welcome and completely at ease the entire time I was there. They took special note of the sensitivity I have and make sure I am comfortable. This is a top-notch practice and I highly recommend them!
