Chatel has been my hygienist for some time and she always has provided a sensitive touch to my cleanings. New dentist onsite - look forward to your services Dr. Smith.
It was a great day, nice and clean teeth.
I contacted Northside at just after 8:00 am letting them know I had lost a crown the evening before. They got me in within 45 minutes. Since I still had the crown, they did the job and was back home within an hour of checking in!
Technicians and Dentist were respectful and THOROUGH! I experienced no stress, which was my greatest concern. One does not neglect dental care for decades because they like going to the dentist.
Dr. Smith and all the staff have been great to deal with. I had many teeth removed and dentures made. Of course, it wasn't a fun experience, but I couldn't imagine it being any better than it has been at Northside Dental. Also, the dentures look really good and match the teeth I have left.
Felt very lucky that they were are able to see me as quickly as they did! They made me feel comforted in every step of the way! Looking forward to my next appointment...and that's a lot with my fear of the dentist!

Smooth as always. Even got me in a good 30 minutes earlier than scheduled! Quick and thorough cleaning and inspection.
Paige always does a great job. The girls at the counter always make me feel comfortable and are very efficient.
