Yum! Worth the price! My Hubby and I love this place. When we are in the mood to spend a little more on our meal this is the place we go. I do not pay much attention to him(the food is too yummy) but he gets shrimp and linguine something. The shrimp are large and full and there are many to be had. I used to get the filet...yummy...to perfection. Now I get the Macadamia Nut Encrusted MahiMahi. WOW! This is a large piece of fish, cooked in such a manner you think you are eating a thick steak. It is delicious!
Good seafood Ocean Zen Pacific Rim is a very good seafood restaurant in the Springfield area. I liked their crab cakes and I thought their service was very good as well.
Bon Appetit! My family visited Ocean Zen Pacific Rim a few weeks ago for the first time. We had heard from friends that this was a top notch restaurant and were not disappointed. I would describe Ocean Zen as an asian/american fine dining restaurant. Menu offerings range from duck to sushi, filet mignon to salmon. FANTASTIC - This is by far the best resturant and i garentee you will be addidicted!! My husband and I got the ribeye when we went.....from presentation to service to taste it was all a 10!!!! The atmosphere is awesome the service is awesome the food is out of site...someone else reviewed it should be in NYC...and yeah thats right this is not a resturant experience u expect in springfield mo -- expect to pay about 30 per person.... absolutley worth every penny..and not mention they have signiture drinks that are awesome........ read more
Thought the restaurant looked alright. Decor inside was very sharp and the fish tank was neat. Decided to order some sushi. I don't remember the name, but it was the kind with fried fish in it, with shrimp tails on the end you're supposed to take off or avoid eating; just for show. I took my first bite (of the roll, not the tail, obviously) and there was a ground up fish tail in it. Was very gross and wasted the roll. This place wasnt bad. They did great on the interior design. They also have a very unique selection. I havent had anything there that blew my mind yet.
The sushi is fantastic, especially the Crispy Creamy Spicy Tuna Roll! The only thing I dont like is the DEEP box they put it in when you order it through the drive thru. Fantastic Sushi!!!!!!!!!
This restaurant has it all! The Asian fusion theme is phenomenal and the presentation is outstanding! Great service and excellent atmosphere. The sushi is amazing and all the food is great. Must haves include the sea bass, lamb chops and pork tenderloin!
