I currently live in Ocean Walk and its a money trap excessive fees for things that you are not responsible for. Infested with Roaches every morning no matter what I use to get rid of them I see at least 4 to 5 and I never leave food or dishes out. I am a dog owner and always clean up behind them but many many many others do not and instead of fining these people the 200.00 they say they will fine you for not cleaning up they choose to fine people who pay their rent on time because THEIR system kicked you bank check back.
