Worked with Carlos representing the seller, and I was on the buyer side. Carlos did not show any interest in the sale process, refused to communicate with my agent, actively lied to her and me about the property (and he sold the home before so he had prior knowledge), told us he didn't want to tell us because he didn't want to deal with her, misrepresented other facts about the home, and in general made the process as miserable as it could be.
