We stayed one night at this beautiful resort. Would have loved to stay longer. Great room with a balcony. Nice restaurant outside/reasonable prices. Cute tiki bar overlooking the ocean. Town is adorable with great places to eat. Everything walking distance from the hotel.
Beautiful hotel . Room was clean , comfortable and had balcony over looking the ocean and pier village ! Staff was friendly and accommodating!
Great spa experience. Staff was awesome. Spa treatments fabulous. Didn't like being charged for the outdoor pool after spending a lot on multiple spa services. Would go back in a minute
3 faulty "fire alarms" the last 2 nights (~2am). The alarms only told a few floors to actually evacuate the building. Other floors were told that there was an emergency and to stand by for more information (we thought potential active shooter). Had there been a fire, this review potentially would not be happening. How on earth is this place/management in accordance with state/hotel emergency evacuation protocol??
We stayed here for a night and upon checking in I encountered a very rude customer, clearly he was a racist!!! Very upseting experience,however, Miss Soriano N front desk. Director noticed the whole incident. And upgraded us to a gorgeous suite! As a Health Care Administrator, I respect how professionally she treated my sister and I. The Pool waitress Shannon was also attentive and so helpful. For these two people I will definitely return for longer days? Thank You Ocean Place!!
