Another wonderful experience at the OP! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Jorie at the front desk was tops. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job, thank you. The addition of the new chef really made a difference. Best banquet dinner I’ve ever had, thank you. Bartenders Joanne and Vince remember me from year to year and it’s always amazing how they can even remember what I drink. Nice beach, but the hotel’s “hospitality” leaves a lot to be desired. Perhaps they should hire some professionals instead of whoever they have working the front desk now. Worst customer care ever. And I stay in a lot of hotels.
Marginal room in need of a renovation. Last time coming here...
I have not been to the Ocean Place since they've remodeled and all I can say is..... WHY??? I had a massage with Angela and honestly could feel the healing happening. She's amazing!!! It was the best birthday gift. I then sat and looked at the ocean to take it all in .... one of the nicest views. Capped it off with dinner in their restaurant complete with light up menus for those of us getting older and losing our eyesight :). Wonderful experience. Highly recommend !!!
I come here each year for a conference and it's my favorite. Ocean facing rooms with balconies are the best. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff service is impeccable. They even were able to quickly find out what I could have that was gluten free and one day provided me with a custom meal.
