I don't even know where to begin. I could write here all day about the lack of hospitality and our overall awful experience. I wish I read the reviews before we booked this hotel. The entire staff needs an attitude adjustment!
Excellent place for a quick getaway to the beach. I will be coming back very soon!
Worst hotel ever ! Finally got out room at 5:15 pm , no towels called for more waited 45 min so missed happy hr ☹️. Went to dinner late so we missed the live music . All out plans ruined . Let me not forget we were on the beach next to a bunch of people who were not staying at resort . The pool was filled with alot of women in skirts . First and last time 😡...
We liked our stay however was charged for 2 nights on my credit card even though I pre paid in advance. I mentioned this to the front desk and instead of taking care of this she charged for another night . I tried calling the hotel as I noticed the charge while we were driving home and could not get through to no one who can assist. The response I received was that the hotel is booked today and everyone is busy. Waiting for a manger to contact me
Hotel has a great location with some nice accommodations however the quality of service and cleanliness of hotel and beach has changed from a year ago .. hotel manger needs to address some major staffing issues about customer service and cleanliness of beach area and hotel itself was a 4 star now 2.5
What a great time, my husband and I had here. This place was perfect. Awesome service, and food.
