I recently visited Ocean Optometry, and I must say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. My wife purchased a pair of eyeglasses that she absolutely loves, and the quality and style exceeded our expectations. Thank you for your help with fitting me with my first contact lenses. Dr. Brooking was so helpful and knowledgeable with the whole process. From explaining how the contacts work for my specific prescription and helping me choose my contacts. Yasmeen at the front desk. Helped me for almost 2 hours with figuring out how to put on and take off my contacts. Great service and they really care. Thank you.
After two months waiting for my frames, and the store losing them briefly, I got a refund and took my business elsewhere. Staff was friendly, but the operation felt poorly organized.
