Apparently they hire nursing supervisors who dont know Federal ADA law. EMT's bring in a pt w/service dog to Emergency & the nurse is more concerned about getting the dog out in 15 min. I'd like to know what JACHO thinks of that!!
Terrible place. Worse hospital I have ever been to. The nurse was so rude to me as o couldn’t walk due to my Lyme disease and co-infections. I didn’t want anything but to be able to walk.
When my father fractured his hip in April he needed surgery and developed MRSA. When he was rushed to the hospital from the nursing home he was at, neither the nursing home nor the hospital (who have me on file as his medical power of attorney) called me. It took almost 5 hours before I could track him down! He almost died!! I will never take him there again!
They continue to violate the ADA laws especially the nurses in the ER and would never recommend them to anyone

Wonderful experience, terrific medical and support staff from dietary to janitorial. I can’t say enough about everyone who took care of me for three days. Keep up the great work and patient training for your staff. #totaljointreplacementpatient
the staff is rude and ignorant need to learn to talk to people. one tech tells me I can go to pantry for something to eat then the nurse Jocelyn on 4 north comes yelling at me about why I'm out of my room. its a joke here she says r they only use gloves with me cause I'm in isolation and they DO NOT USE THEM ON EVERY PATIENT. OBVIOUSLY THERE IS NO COMMUNOCATION BETWEEN STAFF CAUSE THE RIGHT HAND DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LEFT IS DOING. HAVE TO WAIT 12 HRS FOR A MOTRIN...... this stay is gonna be fun...
