Breaking the law by refusing a service animal and threatening her ill owner saying you are gong to call and have her taken to the pound is disgusting. I would bypass this place if at all possible and go somewhere where they actually care about the complete patient! Would you kick out a parent there with their child, too?
They kick out service animals & threaten to call animal control.
Zero stars. Worst hospital ever. Go elsewhere.
They are against service dogs being by the side of the people they are serving it’s disgusting
Ignorant nurse in ER refused service dog to stay with owner all because it was a pit bull. She broke a huge law by doing this. She threatened to call animal control to pick it up. Awful human being!!
