Walked out after waiting 2 hours! Went to the one in point it was amazing
The ER wait was rediculous. There was no sense of emergency, felt like I had a spa appt. No patient in pain should have to sit, bent over in the waiting room for over 2 hours before triage intake. Then let us a call ahead & schedule an appointment. There was no sense of emergency in the initial point to be seen. However after being called into the bed area, the entire Staff can be given a five star �.
The ccu unit waiting room was so gross I cleaned it up .I find the staff nasty ,rude and there was not any coffee,for the people in ccu waiting room I had to call .I WAS REALLY DIRTY AND STILL IS .ALSO THERE ARE NO LOUNGE CHAIRS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS TO SLEEP IN I CALLED OVER 12 TIMES DEMANDING A CHAIR FOR A WOMEN WHO HAS BEEN THERE DAY AND NIGHT WITH HER SICK DAUGHTER UNREAL AND THE CEO MAKES HOW MUCH ? TOO MUCH
I went to ER with head and stomach pain. I have rare conditions call CSF leak not a very well-known condition only 6 doctors in the whole United States treat cerebral spinal fluid leaks. And I have to say having an ER doctor Saranac who was very knowledgeable about cerebral spinal leaks. It was very refreshing to have a doctor that I could speak to openly about my condition. And I can't say enough about the nurses especially nurse Laura and the x-ray technician Lauren they were very caring and very professional..
I was there today with my 7 year old who needed stitches. She was seen fast. They were great and made her feel absolutely comfortable. No tears from her. Great bedside manner too!!
Well I was there 3times in one week for the same problem and the first time wasn't as bad but the 3 time I didn't see the doctor 6 hours later after I kept asking nurse ratchet if I can see the doctor and she wasn't very nice but then you change shift and a very nice nurse came on and helped me and my problem will solve and taking care of and I was sent home a couple hours later but my all about experience was horrible there are nasty I didn't get my medications on time had to wait for a nicotine patch 4 hours after I asked ... read more
Es el mejor en diciembre estuve internada ahí y estuve muy bien pero la falla es que dilatan mucho en revisarte en urgencias cosa que antes no hacian
I was in a bad accident on easter also my birthday. Just had 3 back surgeries. The er nurses sucked, the dr sucked and I was in so much pain but gave me nothing for pain. I hate this hospital. They don't care what's wrong with you, they have no bedside manner and they left me there screaming for an hour. They discharged me without a wheelchair and didn't care about my injuries. My mom was there twice and they almost killed her. Never go to ocean medical center. All rude!
