The staff are awesome nice and attentive. The staff here made my stay very welcoming and comfortable.
I went to ER last night with an abscess that was drained and lanced. The doctor had zero bedside manners and I was petrified of needles and being lanced which didn't numb area much and before I even got my prescriptions and release instructions half naked in my bed billing comes in to ask for my deductible Tried to be polite but I was humiliated appalled and irritated that this was done in my hospital bed before being dressed or given my prescriptions and care instructions!!!!!!
this is my 3rd delivery at Ocean Medical Center in a 12 year period. I can not say more about the staff and how well you are treated from the time you walk in until the time you leave.
The staff is simply the best. From check-in to the nurses to check out... everyone is just so nice.... So supportive!!
