The worst hospital ER . We will never return to OCMC. They fancied up the building, yet their services have not improved. The ER doctor was smug, as was the case worker. My husband did not get the proper care, needed. My husband had to sign himself out of outpatient observation, which is in the hospital because the house doctor would not administer husband's medicine from his heart surgeons orders. Mind you my husband had open heart surgery at NY Presbyterian the prior week. We were worried he was having a stroke that is why... read more
Amazing Nursing staff so carrying. They just don't pass out meds. They really care how your feeling it takes A special person to do what they do. Keep up the good work.
My mother was in this hospital for stroke care for 5 days. The hospital doctor that saw her most of the time did not understand her case, could not answer questions with any certainty and frankly was not personable. We were unable to get information about what was happening until the 4th day. The ER nurse and one nurse on the stroke floor was great. The other nurse on the stroke floor would not share any information, and once again had no bed side manner. Further my mother had to stay in a wet night gown for over an hour aft... read more
Annie, my ER nurse was awesome. I had to wait 7 hours for a blood transfusion and Annie made it a great experience
Great and Attentive Staff, Very Clean and well organized hospital, and their Patient Care is excellent!
I was there yesterday for pre op testing. Every single person that I had come across were super nice n caring. It was clean n I felt comfortable there. I'll be having surgery there soon, so we'll see how my stay there will be. I hope I'll love it more then other hospitals I've stayed at.

My brother Michael was in the ER yesterday, Jay V. his nurse was the best. He made my brother feel safe, secure plus he had him laughing. You have one great nurse in him. All in all from the person taking his blood to the radiology department every one is fantastic here.
