Very caring staff very user friendly second time we had to use this facility

Normally I don't have a problem there. I have been admitted there every month since Dec 31, 2015. I went there yesterday 2 get nephrostomy tubes out n my primary Dr sent me there n the ER Dr talked 2 my primary Dr partner n he said it's vital 2 keep the tubes in. It's not vital I have them cuz I have a catheter that was leaking cuz I don't no y but cuz he said no they wouldn't attempt 2 call my primary n talk directly 2 him or my Urologist. They have been in for 2 1/2 months n have been causing me severe pain n I can't deal ... read more
