Smooth buying experience. Nora is great! I had a very good buying experience. I first located the vehicle I was interested in on cars.com. After calling the dealer to confirm it was still on the lot I drove down and met with Nora. We quickly were inspecting the car and then drove it around and ten minutes later were already negotiating price. Above and beyond service with a lot of patience I was given exceptional service from start to finish when I purchased my latest vehicle. At the moment I have very challenging credit and "Audi" and the finance team worked magic to get me approved for another vehicle on the lot, in the end we figured out how to get me in the original vehicle I went there to purchase! Great customer service This was the first car I bought and I am so happy I chose Ocean Honda. The customer service was great and they were able to answer all of my questions, as well as explain everything I needed to know about purchasing a new car. Their selling tactics never felt too aggressive.

Excellent!!! Great dealership! While planning ahead on replacing my "2002 CRV AWD" that had 269,825 miles on it. Trying to choose a dealership was a no brainer, having serviced the vehicle here and seeing the professional staff at all levels, it was just a matter of choosing the right replacement work vehicle. One of the better places to buy a car There were a couple hiccups with the initial communication, or lack thereof, with this dealer that I think hindered my giving a better rating to Ocean SJC. However, the bottom line is I liked most the people we came into contact with and I would go back! Jessica was very, very helpful! This is my 4th CRV and she is head an shoulders above any other sales person I have purchased from! If you are in the market for a new Honda, try Ocean in SJC first!!
