We own a 2014 eagle ht we bought new and trusted Ocean Grove with routine maintenence . July 2015 we drove all the way from vero beach to st augustine 3 hours to have our 5th wheel wheelbearings packed per protocal. Now 13 months later we are facing a $2,000.00 repair bill. On our way home from Georgia our front wheel started to come off. We were stranded. When roadside service came our axle, brakes and bearings gone. All melted. My husband and I purchased our 2016 Lance 1995 from Ocean Grove RV. We picked it up on Tuesday Feb 23rd and we love it!! We cannot say enough good things about Kevin our salesman and Wayne the sales manager. No high pressure sales and all questions were answered. The rest of our team was made up by Karl (finance) with Neil and Robbie from parts and service. We love our team all were a pleasure to work with. In my first review I failed to mention how pleasant and helpful Megan is...we consider her part of our team too.
Ocean Grove Is A Great Place To Do Business With They Go Out Of There Way To Help You So Sorry They Did Not Have A RV On Their Lot When We Were Looking To Buy They Would Have Been The Ones Not Camping World Never Buy From Them Again
