RecommendedI would like to follow up on my review from this morning. I had stated the sales department was not so good as they had not followed up with us after spending much time with a salesman for the unit we were interested in. As I just heard from the salesman he had actually written our number down wrong. He had indeed left messages 3 days in a row just not with us. The BEST Dealership we have ever visited. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, friendly, and they pay attention to the details. They truly know how to treat their customers right.
Highly recommend these folks - my wife and I were shopping for a late model travel trailer with a specific configuration. Our salesperson, Karen Moreira, listened carefully to what we wanted and wound up finding exactly what we were looking for. They also have a very knowledgeable staff in the parts and service departments as well. We were in St. Augustine and needing to charge our class B Travato GL. after stumbling upon Ocean Grove RV i asked if i would be able to charge my system for about a half hour, they took me straight out to the maintenance bays and provided me with a 30/50amp Dogbone and a 50amp outlet, after about 35min i thanked them and asked how much, there was no charge!! Their service department is excellent. We purchased our 5th wheel at home in Ohio. We spend three months in St. Augustine every winter. They provided warranty service for us at our campground several times in January. Everyone from their service manager to each service technician whom we dealt with with were timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and corrected our issues the first time. Highly recommend their service department.
Great place to work with on buying a new camper, staff is knowledgeable on there products, and no pressure. Had a great experience on buying a 5th wheel, will be buying another one in the future and will go right back to them to do so. It was fast and pain free. Highly recommended!
