I recently had issues with my power awning that was extended and I couldn’t get it to retract. Ocean Grove was great! They sent a mobile unit to my campsite and had it repaired in no time! I’m terrible with names, but the tech they sent was wonderful. He was polite, knowledgeable, and definitely went the extra mile to assure things were right! Thanks Ocean Grove RV!
Everybody at Ocean Grove is wonderful especially Karen Karen down to the finance people to their maintenance department. I would recommend everyone.
Kevin our salesman work with us to get us the best deal on our trailer. I like that there was no high pressure sales and the staff was pleasant. they had are trailer ready when promised and explained the operation of the trailer in great detail. I would recommend that anyone looking for a RV stop and take a look at there inventory.
These folks were recommended over the 'big box' type of rv dealer. We were skeptical because of the price we were getting from the mega dealers because they're family owned. We dealt right with the owners instead of going back and forth with salesmen and managers. To make a long story short, we couldn't have been happier purchasing from Ocean Grove. We purchased a Jayco Jayflight here this past spring. The customer service from Moe, Robbie and the gang has been nothing less than amazing. We had a few minor warrantied items that they helped get fixed quickly to get us back on the road. Great group of people that care about their customers. The tech went above and beyond to help us as well when we picked up (had issues with truck charging line). I highly recommend them for all your RV needs! You wont be disappointed.
