We purchased the travel trailer that we always wanted from Ocean Grove. The unit made by Jayco had a number of small problems that should have been caught before delivery that we repaired. We have just found a major factory defect in the unit and Ocean Grove refuses to address the problem or assist us with the repair or replacement. They did offer to trade for our unit for nickels on the dollar. The unit is less then 6 mos. old. Very let down with dealers response to an issue with our new Jayco. Their unwillingness to correct a manufacturing defect that they should have caught tells me something about the integrity of the dealership. Buyer beware!!!!!!!
