RecommendedI brought my 4 year old in today for her first eye exam. She was terrified and that affected her behavior while there. She was one tough patient but the tech that worked with us and the doctor were both so patient and understanding. They both co tinier to try to work with her, explain the process and try to calm her and make her feel comfortable. Eventually my daughter told the doctor “Hey I really like you”! We will be back in a few week to pick up her 1st pair when they are ready!

RecommendedI have needed glasses for years. When COVID hit, I couldn’t get an appt for months out and after being canceled by another place for not confirming through text the day before the appt, I called Ocean Eye and got same day appts for myself and my child. We were helped by wonderful people and Keith helped me tremendously in picking frames that I would specifically need. I can’t thank this company enough, my children and I will be back!

Each and everyone of the staff members that helped me were so kind, informative, and patient. Definitely exceeded my expectations and I'm looking forward to trying out my new prescription glasses in 3-5 weeks! RecommendedI have never had a bad experience with Ocean Eye, particularly the Medical Plaza location. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I have seen Dr.Flores ,Katy,Ashley christy there are knowledgeable and skilled in their field. I struggle with my budget and they worked with me to find a solution,thank you so much !!..I highly recommend ocean eye to everyone !.
RecommendedI honestly just had the best optometry visit that I've had since I was a kid. I'm currently suffering from many pain inducing medical issues not related to my eyes and was dreading going in today. When I was asked how I was feeling today I was honest and let the staff know I was in a lot of pain so I likely wouldn't be able to sit still for any period of time without having to adjust myself. RecommendedToday was my first time at ocean eye and the experience was amazing! I have had horrible eye doctor experiences and was nervous but from check in til Check out every single staff member was helpful and friendly. Dr. Willingham is so personable and awesome. Kim was so very helpful in the glassware department. I would recommend ocean eye to anyone! I will definitely be BACK
