The regular menu is exceptional and we highly recommend trying their Chef's Table. A truly unique dining experience and without doubt one of of the of the best meals we have ever had. Five stars all around!
I do not want to go back. The food is okay. Not bad not good, but Waiting is too long, I've been waiting for almost half an hour, the waitress is not good. I think she is a racist. Very bad customer service.
It was terrible. I was not impressed and I don't feel the need to come back. I was really disappointed. Waiting is toooooooo looooooong. Food was disaster. Where is my lobster? Awful....
Sitting at a table with my family of 6. Been here multiple times. On our way up, saw an ad for dollar oysters. When I went to order was told we had to order and eat at the bar. When inquiring, the rude manager informed me it was for the bar crowd only. The fact that we had drinks from the bar did not matter. I am an avid local shopper and owned a local business for many years. I would never have treated a customer that way. Husband took me for dinner for my birthday. I have severe food allergies and the staff was VERY observant and accommodating. There was a questionable item on my order and the manager stopped my server and made sure I was aware and things were immediately corrected. Not to mention the atmosphere, food and drinks were all amazing. I highly recommend for special occasions. They make it memorable.
I went here on Friday (June 24th) for the first time and loved it! The place itself is clean, modern, and inviting. The staff was friendly & attentive. I ordered garlic rubbed grilled shrimp, and was very pleased. The shrimp were large and perfectly done, the rice pilaf was fluffy, and the snap peas were crisp. I tried the lobster bisque which was rich, creamy, buttery, & flavorful. I also had a side of potatoes au gratin which were melt in your mouth delicious. Growing up in the Mohawk Valley meant that Utica was basically a day trip. I moved away after graduating from Rochester and lived in Boston, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, and now Charleston SC. Any thriving city you visit or live in has rooftop bars with a creative cocktail list and borderline over-priced food. It's actually refreshing to see it in Utica and as an alternative to the sh*tshow that is Varrick St on the weekends.
