More than worth the drive from Syracuse! From appetizer to entree...amazing! Yum!!!
Food was delicious but service was terrible! We had a party of 18 and waited 3 hours for our food and they double charged our bill at the end of our meal! Also they waitress kept confusing food given to our guests. I do not recommend large party's to eat here!
Our company is headquartered in Utica, my team and I often travel up from Tampa Florida. When we stay downtown, this restaurant always provides an upscale diversion. The rooftop deck afforded us a great mid-summer sunset view. Excellent dinner, exceptional bar. I thought the portion size for my meal was ideal; my scallops were cooked to perfection. Great food, great staff & nice atmosphere.
I loved it! We had a superb waiter named Brad! Pleasant and excellent server. Loved the atmosphere and the cleaniless! It smelled so good in the lobby, I wanted to ask what scent was being used lol Thank you Brad

We go here quite often and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere, food and courteous staff alway make for a pleasant experience. We often have random requests with seating and they have always been accommodating. The ever-changing menu is great and always provides an option, even for the "pickiest" of individuals. Ocean Blue is an asset to Downtown Utica and has now become our go-to place for dinner and/or events.
