Both Dr. Varratti and Michelle are wonderful, caring providers. However, their office staff are very rude and innefficient. They couldn't care less about how long you have to wait or how much pain you are in. They talk to each other behind the counter, make personal calls right in front of patients and are extremely unprofessional. I would recommend that they fire the receptionists and find some with some customer service experience and who actually like people! Good, caring doctor and does what he can for your pain. Scheduling and office staff are very inefficient. Your appointment will be wrong and the wait time is ridiculous.
Amazingly caring staff and a amazing DR will not find a better pain management center in the Ohio vally J.B
