Rude staff. You can find friendlier people in a free clinic. They will deny you a chaperone fyi. In any other type of healthcare setting chaperones are encouraged. Refusing a chaperone only discourages accountability on the part of the provider.

Good first experience. Dr Julie and the staff appeared to listen . I felt they did their best to make me as comfortable as possible while they were treating my injury. Edit : Dr Julie does not deserve 5 stars. I would downgrade to 2&1/2 if you have time to read my next edit, I will try to explain. Not a fan, AT ALL. I had an appointment at 7:30, the place opens at 7:30. I come about 15-20 minutes before my appointment (as most places ask you to do, especially if your a new patient) but the door is locked, okay, fair. I am here before the appointment time. So I decide to go to the bathroom and I come back at 7:39 and the door is STILL LOCKED so I call to have them open up, they do. Now again, my appointment is at 7:30 but I was almost 10 minutes late, but still, there's only one other person in there (who apparently ha... read more
