The customer service is outstanding. The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. They aren't "pushy" which I appreciate, and they are happy to answer any questions. They made custom pieces for my family and they are a treasured reminder of my grandfather. I highly recommend them!

My son purchased a gorgeous mother's ring from Occasions for me, but sadly, I needed to return it to have one of the stones repaired. I'm not familiar with your store as I live in WA state, however I can't say enough how impressed I am! Not only was my perfectly repaired ring shipped overnight delivery back to me when it was done, but I was also reimbursed the shipping/insurance cost I paid to send it back to you.
