Amazing customer service even years after your purchase. Had to have major repairs done on my ring recently and even though we have moved 1200 miles from Midland it was the only place I trusted. The same jeweler who created my beautiful ring was able to fully restore it! Billy and Jonathon made the process amazingly smooth and handled the shipping and receiving to have it sent back to me in Oregon. So glad this is who we chose to design my ring years ago.
