One of my friends, a very well known and established family in Midland, went in to solder her wedding bands. They showed up to pick it up and they said her bands were missing - they gave her a ring that wasn’t hers. They have yet to do anything about this matter. I’M WARNING YOU, DO NOT GO HERE.

As I mentioned to your friend, on the assumption that a band with the same style, number of diamonds, and size was mistaken for her band, I have a standing offer of a new band made and delivered by the original jeweler at my expense, and in addition, offered to include a check for the current value, $1450, for her inconvenience. I hope that you will give us a chance in the future. We would love to work with you.
A close family friend was in town - for a family event- her husband serves our great Country as a fighter pilot! Anyway - they went to Occasions to have her engagement ring and wedding band appraised and soldered together - when they went to pick it up the ring was not what she took in to them - they said they must have given it to someone else!!! What the heck? NEVER go to Occasions! They will rip you off!! They have done nothing to rectify the problem!
Rose is fabulous! I went in alone and found a few rings I loved. I hinted to my then boyfriend that Rose is who he needed to see. One YEAR after I went window shopping, he came in and asked to see her. Not only did she remember me, but she helped him select the ring of my dreams and I was completely shocked that my ring was exactly what I wanted and I was able to be surprised by the proposal.
