They were kind at first, but when I called to ask follow-up questions & needed help as the meds they gave me weren't working & wouldn't last through the weekend, I was told by the person who answered the phone that there is nothing they could or would do bc I didn't get the chest x-ray done. I tried but there was no availability to have it done. I now have to call my insurance to get authorization to go to a whole new urgent care to be seen all over again.
I do not recommend. I was literally in and out of the facility this morning. The “PA” or something walked in looked like she already didn’t want to be there. Looked in my mouth and said everything looks fine. I mentioned nasal drip and stuff and she didn’t exam or look into anything further. Told me if persists go to er to have a camera look down my throat something may be stuck. Idk just did not feel right at all. Will never return

I came into there office with a broken left ankle and a sprained right ankle. They said they didn't have a wheel chair I could use. and made me walk to the back by exam rooms with no help. then pa came. looked at just one ankle. wrapped that ankle, gave me an anti inflamatory shot, xray orders good for a place that wasnt even open today. next they gave me crutches to use even though i just had right shoulder surgery a few months ago and I had two injured ankles. to add insult I saw a wheelchair folded up in the back of the f... read more
Horrible waste of my time & i was never seen after waiting hours. They are short staffed & dont care to help people. Run go elsewhere. No doctor on staff. 1 PA & front desk woman was awful.
