I’ve had terrible experiences here, went in on a Sunday(yesterday) , right when they open, the entire office was completely empty not one single patient in there but myself. The front desk person was polite. Back office MA Listed my medical history and medications and allergies incorrectly on my chart after I reviewed it. If I could give a zero I would… the staff is rude and spoke to myself and my mother like we were dirt. When inquiring as if the facility took my mothers medical insurance again, man behind the counter continue to roll his eyes at both myself and my mother. The office was filthy and smelled of feces and urine. The exam rooms were filthy. It was a disgusting and disappointing experience.

I’ve been to this urgent care twice — once for an allergic reaction and most recently when I stabbed my hand cooking. Both times Dr. Matt helped me out and he was awesome. He explains everything clearly, takes his time, and just makes you feel taken care of. The staff are super nice too. Honestly, this is the only urgent care I will be visiting from now on. Thanks guys

Will never go back. Receptionist are rude and unhelpful. Prescription was never sent in but receptionists couldn’t figure out how to resolve the issue or didn’t care. Never called me back. Still don’t have my medication 4 days later. Finally realized they dont care, they are lazy, rude, unhelpful and should be fired. Would give zero stars if possible. Maybe step up your game OC Urgent Care. Sad!!!!!
