The OC Anxiety Center is where I feel comfortable referring my most challenging anxiety cases (I am also a therapist). The clinicians there have a high level of training and expertise. Treatment for anxiety is difficult work for the clients, but this group really knows what they're doing.

I was referred to the OC Anxiety Center and the doctor himself actually picked up the phone! He was very kind and spent a long time on the phone with me, asking me lots of good questions that other people haven’t asked me in the past. We figured out that the issues I’m experiencing are not what he treats, but gave me several referrals to other people who specialize in my issues, while also explaining what I’m dealing with and what I should expect in treatment with other providers. I had a horrible experience calling the front office and trying to get help, I called and left a voicemail asking if any of the clinicians accepted my insurance. I was called back by Dr Curtis Hsia, he said nobody in the clinic takes private insurance. Furthermore, he said he does not “trust” anyone in a private insurance network to give specialized OCD help. He implied that I would have to pay out of pocket to the clinic to get the best help for my OCD. Sorry not everyone can afford to pay $250 per session just to get help.... read more
