The front desk staff has been a revolving door for 8 months. It has gone from bad to worse. Not only do they not have a clue about what they are doing but the current lady has a very negative, sarcastic attitude. What a poor reflection on the practice as a whole. As far as Dr. Obholz, she is fair at best. I've wasted too much time and money on something that should have been properly delt with months ago. I am sorry I chose her for my dental needs. Apparently, they don't take the time to find a capable receptionist to do her job, book an appointment and add it to the doctor's book. I just wasted my time this morning going to this doctor's office and SURPRISE! your name is not in our book and your appointment is nowhere to be found. I wasted money on a babysitter to watch my baby while I was going to this "supposedly" appointment! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
The dental hygienist is great. You can ask her all your questions and she'll be truthful to you. She know her staff and does a good work. You can also ask her to level your teeth and she can make wonders- it's her thing!!! However, I think Dr Obholz is not very brilliant. She keeps bugging me to take my wisdom teeth out so she can make some extra cash, but the don't bother me and they are out. So, that's not going to happen.
