Thank you for the excellent care. Shout out to Dr. Schaenzer, Dr. Schuchmann, and Dr. Vigue. I had a complicated pregnancy due to a variety of variables. They made sure I was well taken care of and spent time answering my questions. There were some issues with scheduling but now they have a new system that is much better.
The doctors themselves are okay but the problem is the office management. It is very frustrating and time consuming to get anyone on the phone, to get messages through, or get anyone to call you back. Today was the breaking point when I spent 17 minutes on hold and called back to just be told they don’t know why that happened. The birth control they prescribed was not documented or called into the pharmacy correctly. Referrals have gotten “lost”. Labs have had to be repeated.
