Dr Evans-Murage is the best! Highly recommend
Front desk reception is rude. Gossiping about patients for all to hear. Back of the building reception is also RUDE! Very unprofessional. DO BETTER.
Can't comment on the doctors or care because I refuse to go to my appointment. Their front desk lady was super rude. My mother who made the appointment for me multiple times that I am on testosterone and go by he/him. Even if you don't agree with it you are supposed to do your job in a professional manner. I am super disappointed and dissatisfied with your staff . I was called today at 8:27 am and was told that they had to cancel an appointment because doctor was sick . I understand things happen however to call me the day of an appointment to cancel is one thing but to not accommodate or squeeze me in for a time that benefits me and my work schedule is a whole different thing . I can't praise the entire team at New Falls OBGYN enough! Dr. Casey delivered my baby and provided exceptional care. Throughout my high-risk pregnancy, every doctor I saw was attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. The level of personal attention was impressive - whenever I had concerns, they fit me in promptly or called me directly. I do agree with the previous review about one nurse's poor bedside manner (usually saw her before Dr. Casey). BUT, the rest of the nursing staff were AMAZING! 4.5/5 stars
