Wonderful staff and my OB is amazing!
They need way better communication for your staff. I had an appointment there today and I called asking I could still be seen if I was 15 minutes late. I was told yes but when I arrived I had to reschedule. For a patient that lives an hour away your office makes it extremely difficult to make appointments with you. This office has wonderful doctors but the scheduling department makes your whole office look very bad with their low level of patient care. No waiting, appointments are on time as scheduled and the fact that we can do exams and mammo's in the same place with back to back appointments is priceless!!!
