Mary Klatt with Oasis was wonderful to work with! She is understanding and empathetic with both my mom and my family. She spent a lot of time researching facilities and even touring places with us. She asks good questions of the facilities that I wouldn't even think of. She is an excellent resource for any family who is in need of finding the right fit for a loved one in need of assisted living or memory care. I would recommend Oasis Senior Advisors to anyone who is considering assisted living. They connected me with several communities that matched what I was looking for and also went with me to tour each facility.
Jane supported us in moving my mother-in-law from a rehab stay, after a fall, to a respite stay, and eventual move into an assisted living facility. She was responsive, had great listening skills, and worked with us to understand what to expect during the transition. Her advice and support helped us navigate a very challenging time and gave us the tools to work with my mother-in-law to get her buy in and partnership in the process. I'm not sure how we would have managed this transition without Oasis Senior Advisors support!
There is not enough praise we can give Mary and what she does for families. She not only helped us in a time of great need, she guided us in finding our loved one a living situation where she feels like its home. Mary was extremely patient in learning what we needed and then helped us make our loved one feel comfortable with what the process would be. Mary's expertise is the only reason our loved one has found her future home.
