Rude, unprofessional woman working information desk. She was rude with directions, and scoffed at directions. Was told by other staff that they should see no issue on stamping the parking as both professional (ex CVH employee and CAF Veteran) as I had been only 20 minutes. Lady at information continued being unprofessional at the gate, and escalated, causing my symptoms to come out. Security officers are also unprofessional and do not know de-escalation. This hospital is a joke. The emergency staff clearly don’t care about patients. I was in severe pain, waited more than 6 hours, stepped out briefly because I couldn’t sit any longer, and when I came back they told me to start all over again. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Waiting in the emergency 16 hours with my sister and they didn't solve the problem till now she has the same pain
Absolutely unacceptable experience at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. My sister went in with severe pain and a fever and was made to wait over 12 hours on two separate nights. The first night, she was diagnosed with a kidney infection and given antibiotics. The second night, even though she was still in bad pain, they made her wait again only to dismiss it as “muscle pain.” How can two visits within 24 hours lead to completely opposite diagnoses? The fracture clinic is amazing. All the employees are very friendly and helpful..Dr Waltho is kind and cares about his patients.
