I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Dang in the last 6 months. Both of which I had to wait over an hour and both of which I walked out on. I waited today from 10:45-12:15. Was shuffled from 3 different rooms and never saw Dang at all. During my wait I noticed consistent Uber drop offs...like I mean alot! Is this contributing to the lack of professionalism here at OTEC? From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The entire visit was quick and efficient, flowing perfectly from one test to the next without any awkward waiting or delays. The staff operates like a well-oiled machine, yet they maintain a wonderful, personal touch. I walked out feeling completely taken care of and genuinely good about my experience. I highly recommend this office!
My OTEC experience was outstanding. From the last week's preliminary tests with the amazing staff, to the final exam With Dr Dang and her optometrist associate, everything was extraordinary. Comfortable clean clinic, informative and knowledgable staff, easy check in and out process. Thank you
I have been a patient of Dr. Dang’s for several years and cannot say enough about her expertise. The staff are welcoming and very efficient. The wait time varies but I never feel I have been forgotten. They are kind patient and I know although very busy everyone is looked after efficiently. No complaints, only praise.🥰
The clinic is very professional, courteous.i am their patient since many years they are exceptional specially DR Dang, Dr Azusa, Dr Taran and whole staff. Highly recommended
