Very organized from receptionist to technicians and Doctors. Dr. Dang and Dr. Patel are very patience, knowledge and they both explained me everything about the issue that I was facing very well. The technicians I dont know their name but very well organized did their work in timely manner and patience. Actually after a long time I have seen such organized way of looking into the patient in doctor office without wasting patient time. Thanks OTEC.
Extremely pleased with my cataract surgery and light sensitive lenses. Very professional and caring doctors and staff. From start to finish I was informed of what was the best choice for me and there was no pressure at all. I really felt I was in good hands from surgery to post op. I was extremely reluctant to have the surgery but after discussing my situation with Dr.Dang I chose to move forward and I’m glad I did. First, professional, friendly and clean. Ive been to multiple clinics and by far my best experience, would highly recommend to friends and family for future references. I did not wait very long i saw multiple technicians gave me amazing quality service did not feel rushed.
