Just had my husbands birthday here and the food was AMAZING, service was great, and cannot say enough good things about this place. Great vibe, great bar, great food! If your in Big Bear definitely check this place out!

Had Thanksgiving lunch here. All I can say is EXCELLENT food!!! We got the Thanksgiving platter and were definitely not disappointed. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Just like home...if not better.

Drove up the mountain to have a thanksgiving dinner and seeing the restaurant walked in and we were not disappointed. Service was attentive but not intrusive. We were very happy and please with our experience.

So incredible! The food, the atmosphere, the service! Best Fillet Mignon I have ever had! The owner Julie gracefully greeted us, the amazing manager Michael is so hands on, Rosa our waitress was on top of all our desires and busser Ethan was so attentive! Celebrated our anniversary at the best place! We Will be back! Thank you!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Oakside. The ambiance was perfect - a combination of mountain and modern, the staff gracious and the food very good. We tried the salmon and ribeye, brussels sprouts and the Yukon Gold Potatoes. We will definately be back. Be sure to make reservations well in advance - especially for the weekend. This place is VERY popular. A great addition to the dining options in Big Bear.
