Its ok company just too many almost lies..the pay is the only + here..restrictions are way too much..and CAMERAS LOOKING AT YOU..no miles at least on my end..1-10 i would give them a 4..planning not good. And also recruting tells you one thing to get you in there and then say we can only give you this not anywhere close to quote..i even got it in writing and still not gonna happen..EXCUSES EXCUSEs why this isnt done..BEWARE OAKLEY HAS MANIPULATION TECHNIQUES..CLASS OF 10 ONLY 2 LEFT HERE..IF THAT SAYS ANYTHING..
This company treats their employees great and works with them.
My experience is thru my brother and sister n law Wanda and Michael Mullens, they seem to be happy with the company and the company does well with them, they've made team drivers of the year two years in a row and the company recognizes that thru their consistentcy and work ethics they get the jobs done, thanks Oakley for helping in providing for our family.
It's bad when you you have work for them and you help a man get his job back and he'll say he is going going to kill you for no reason so you go to HR about it and guess who gets fried not Andy it's not the first time but the other drivers don't say anything about it I was working out of the Chicago yard had two people heard him say this but they don't care so why have good company drivers if this is the way they do after 5 years
