Went in to fill out application for Oakley groves to haul fruit and the recruiting department was very helpful and professional.
Heres my experience with Oakley. I was driving for IRT and wanted to hire on with Oakley. I applied and passed my physical and drug screen. Oakley recruiting told me they had a job for me so I could turn in my IRT truck which I did. After they saw on my physical that I had a back injury 16 years ago they just said sorry but we decided not to hire you. They gave no reason. I'm a 20 year driver with a clean record. I'm coming up on my 2 year mark. When I first started off I had a Jack Ass of a dispatcher that is no longer there. There a good company to work for and if u ever need something just ask HR. There awesome people there.
They lie like hell, stay away from this company because it's nothing like they tell you on the phone
