Oakley Electric was very professional and scheduled us way sooner than we expected. Great job!
This job was done quickly and without too much mess or disruption. Troy and Brandon made a good team--efficient. Robert was prompt in assessing the sheet rock fix needed, and returned as promised to do the work.
This review is not about the electrician (Paul) who came out on this call since his work was satisfactory, but about the company's transparency. There was no mention of a 3% (though Paul did say 5%, the invoice shows 3%) charge for using a credit card when I got the quote. In this day and age, who does that? I don't in my business. Oakley not only upgraded the wiring on my dishwasher and garbage disposal but they also coordinated this with an in house plumber. They did the job that other installers were not able to do. Very happy with the quality, professionalism and speed of service.
He was on time, actually he was early, he was courteous and friendly.
They were very quick to respond and able to help us in a very timely manner. Very professional and very Nice and helped us with our problem.
