Very professional and responsive people. I had a special situation with my electrical panel and a generator back up panel. They diagnosed the problem first and then came back and fixed the problem the next week. They were early for the appointment both times and called ahead to make sure that I was available. Great experience and I will definitely use them again for any electrical work I need done.

Installed white outlet behind ivory outlet plate! Be sure to check before he leaves. Also had to write a check to the installer personally, NOT to Oakley Electric. Seems suspicious.

Worker was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the right questions to ask for troubleshooting antique house wiring. I gave 4 star ratings for customer service and pricing because he arrived an hour late and because I don't know enough about pricing to make an assessment. I appreciated that Oakley Electric was able to schedule my job so quickly though. I would probably hire them again.
