The customer service was great. The work performed was what an electrician is trained to know and perform. The value was terrible. If I was more electricity inclined I would've done it myself. Being it's a major house system you don't want to mess with the trades have you over a barrel. $183 an hour to fix 2003 builder grade electrician mess; Amazing. I'd feel guilty too.
Extremely unhappy. They cancelled and rescheduled me 3 times. The work they performed looks HORRIBLE. They charge a premium fee for work that looks like a kid doing side jobs on the weekend did. After calling to complain they offered to refund me $100. Which won't come close to covering the cost to fix everything they did wrong. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR WORK!!!
After calling several other Electric co. I found out I was paying about $500 to much. I should have gotten other bids before hiring Oakley. I was depending on your company that Oakley was competitive in their pricing.
Hired them to run new wires and install floor outlets. Told us to go to Home Depot to buy the outlets for them, then said they were the wrong ones. Installed what they wanted, but they would not work with the new flooring, (floor installers told them), and ended up using the outlets we originally bought. Electrician ran the wires but did not hook up the outlets or install face plates, left it for my husband to do. Didn't even clean up after himself.
