I had a dining room light I wanted fixed for Thanksgiving dinner. The electrician did the simple jobs first then let me know he did not have enough time allocated to do the primary task. When he asked for payment he wanted an extra 4& for credit card payment. I refused and they waived the charge. Of 5 tasks he was only able to complete 2 very simple steps.

The electrical service tech said there was no mention of priority of items you wanted to be done. What was called for the scope of work and what you wanted to be done was a lot more work. Service tech had other jobs to get done for that day and we would put you on schedule for the rest of the work you wanted to be done.
They did not bring the items to complete the job. I had to finish it myself. The first guy looked at the breaker and said noting about changing them out. The second guy said I had to go down to a 15amp breaker, when they put a 20amp in a year ago or so. I ask him to call the first guy out and would not.

We have to do things to code. I know there things you want and how you want it done but we can only do things per code. You didnt want us to do are job to code so you had to write this bad review. Thanks

I was very happy with their work, and it was done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again!
The technician was able to come out the same day, but he did not fix the problem. He wanted to make a big hole in the wall!! We said no, because he couldn’t guarantee that the problem was inside the wall. We paid him for his time, and he left without replacing the outlet covers he had removed! Total waste of time and money!!
I had to get my panels grounded when I fixed my water main and wanted to get it done ASAP. Oakley was the only company that I called who could come out and do the work ASAP, the other companies I called had me wait for two weeks. They took photos of the work and it passed inspection no problem. The price was very reasonable, especially since they worked around my schedule. They were very professional, answered all my questions and I would hire them again in a second.
Make sure you have an estimate and other estimates as well.

I'm sorry you feel that way. You hired a handyman who is not an electrician and we had to come in after and find the problem. Our rates are comparable to other service electrical companies. Our rates are always told up front before we go out.
