They did a great job. Quick and easy. And gave great info advice.
He was nice, very efficient. He did a great job.
Oakley was super helpful and gave us advice on how to approach things as they were not able to add a line to the breaker box designated to the bathroom due to it being full. I can't rate their physical work, but based on the experience with them, I would recommend them highly. I just wish the cost for advice was less, but our peace of mind is worth it in the long run, lol!
They never stated in the proposal that two technicians would be doing the job - so the cost was twice as much based on their original estimate. I even clarified with them via email prior to the work beginning. Both technicians were late but I was charged for the original start time yet despite repeated requests for their start and stop time hours I have been provided nothing. Professional and great service!
Oakley was very prompt with the bidding process all the way through project completion. Bobby, the electrician, was very prompt, professional and thorough in his work. His interaction with me was very professional and courteous. They are a definite "Go To" contractor for future projects!!

I thought a little expensive, but I really do not know the cost of what an electrician makes. I would hire them back in a minute. Maybe a discount for people over 62 would be good. If I need any electrical work done in the future, they will be the first I call. Thanks so much. Judy
