Help not all good on appointments get pass that , the doctors are great
I Love Dr Uphadyay and his entire staff. They always take good care of me. Love the young man who prepped me up, Mr Philippine Man (Can not remember his name but he loves his rice!) and Ms Lady with the short Black hair about 5’3” (She checks me in every time) Thank You guys for all you do! You have always made me feel better!!!
People are nice and helpful.
If you are hesitating about getting shots, please don’t. This facility is run like a well oiled machine. The staff is courteous, friendly and efficient. You will feel better in just a few days, don’t suffer needlessly. Dr. Upadhyah is compassionate, easy to talk to and always listens to my concerns. The shots for my consistent bursitis issues have helped me so much. I am so grateful
I love my doctor—he’s incredibly understanding of my chronic pain and flare-ups. We agreed to keep an injection approval on file and schedule proactively to avoid delays and prolonged pain since flare-ups can escalate quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with the surgery center has been frustrating. Elizabeth has been inconsistent with scheduling policies, changing from 3 days’ notice to 1 week, and now saying that once my new approval is submitted, she won’t put me on the schedule until I’m already in pain.
