Dr. Elsea is really the reason I like the practice. Nothing can get by her. She is so smart with her patients.
I have been going to them for about 5 years now. The staff is wonderful. Very caring and friendly.
After going to a physicians group and experiencing some very impersonal care, I am blown away by how attentive and caring Dr. Elsea and the staff at Oakland Primary Care are. They do a great job.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at Oakland Primary Care. The nurses always call you back in a timely manner and are as nice as can be. I couldn't be happier with their care.
OK so I'll have to give Oakland Primary Care one star and if I could I would give half of a star. Let me explain why I give Oakland Primary Care 1 star. Yesterday (1/8/2016) I took my mom here for her appointment and she's a fairly new patient. The first time I took my mom to her appointment the nurse that asked her questions about her health and cared for her was not very nice at all. Nicki is one of my favorite people at the practice. She is just the best.
They care about their patients.
I like that when I go into Oakland Primary Care they don't just glance you over. They actually care about you and your well being.
Dr. Deanna is a great doctor. She always calls your prescriptions in and has been good to me as a patient.
