I received a bill yesterday for my $60 copay for a follow up visit that lasted maybe 5 minutes total...I paid the $60 copay for the initial diagnosis because I wanted a professional to assist with my issue and not go to a clinic or my regular doctor. I almost cancelled the follow up appt because I felt confident that the prescription was working and I didn’t need any further assistance. Now I wish I would have cancelled. RecommendedThe staff that checks my eyes and toh glasses dispenser are so nice. The receptionist not so nice, always tells me "You dont have insurance". Always gives us trouble...them always finds the insurance, after a hour, making me miss my appt. Never the less we will continue to come here because We love Dr. H.
Billing practices are terrible. A 5 year old should not receive a bill.
